Questions we hear often.
Is there a per-verification cost?
No. Issuing and verifying credentials consume capacity from your annual membership. There are no per-transaction fees.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on your organization type, annual credential capacity, deployment model, and support requirements.
Can we start small and upgrade later?
Yes. You can start with a smaller membership and upgrade at any time as your organization grows. See the next answer for what an upgrade costs and when the extra capacity arrives.
What happens to our capacity when we upgrade mid-term?
You receive the new tier's full annual capacity straight away, and you pay the difference between the two annual memberships in full. Operations you have already used still count against the year, and your renewal date does not move.
Who is DaraVera designed for?
DaraVera serves universities, schools, healthcare organizations, governments, enterprises, licensing authorities, certification bodies, and professional associations.
Can DaraVera integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. DaraVera provides APIs and integration options for Student Information Systems (SIS), HR platforms, ERP systems, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other enterprise applications.
Can we self-host?
Yes. Sovereign and enterprise customers can deploy DaraVera on approved private or in-country infrastructure with dedicated governance.
How secure is DaraVera?
Every credential is cryptographically signed, tamper-evident, fully auditable, and instantly verifiable through the DaraVera Trust Network.
Which standards do you support?
DaraVera is designed for interoperability and aligned with leading digital credential standards. Support for standards including W3C Verifiable Credentials (VCs), OpenID4VC, SD-JWT VC, DIDComm, ISO 18013-5, and eIDAS 2.0 is planned as part of the platform roadmap.
How long does deployment take?
Most organizations can begin issuing trusted credentials within days, depending on deployment and integration requirements.
